Dr. Lucy Leclerc is an author, executive, nursepreneur, and the Chief Innovation and Learning Officer at uLeadership. Dr. Leclerc’s research focuses on healthcare leadership in practice and in academia. She also has adjunct appointments with Case Western Reserve University and Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in their DNP programs. Dr. Leclerc seeks to reveal what already exists within healthcare team members and their teams…excellence and professionalism.
